How to use the tool

Install from Marketplace.

Install the DoiT AdminPulse for Workspace Google Sheets™ editor add on from the Google Workspace Marketplace

Locate in extensions menu

Open a new Google Sheets document and find the DoiT AdminPulse for Workspace in the extensions menu

Activate Application

Start with Activate Application to trigger the OAuth flow and connect the DoiT AdminPulse for Workspace to your Super Admin account

Run Setup or Refresh Sheet

Run Setup or Refresh Sheet to populate the security checklist information to your Google Sheet with the newest information. A warning modal will appear confriming that any existing data will be deleted from the sheet before proceeding. A second modal will appepar when the Setup Sheet function is comepleted

Run all scripts

Run all scripts to get API level reports on the enviorment. A modal will appear asking for confrimation before proceeding

Complete the Security Checklist

With the API inventory completed, dive into the extensive check list of security controls. The API inventory will be helpful in answering if the organization is following best practices

Analyze API Reports

Review the inventory reports of users, group members, group settings, Mobile devices, license assginments, shared drives, OAuth tokens, and App Passwords
